FLY JET PTE. LTD. is seeking a Manager to oversee the company’s business operations, strategic planning, manpower, financial performance, and overall efficiency.

The role involves coordinating with clients and partners, guiding teams, and supporting senior management in achieving business objectives. The Manager will lead daily activities, develop and execute strategic plans, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily business and operational activities to ensure smooth company functioning
• Develop and execute business strategies, operational plans, and performance targets to drive growth
• Manage and supervise departmental teams to optimize manpower utilization and achieve objectives
• Set clear performance goals and monitor progress against departmental and business targets
• Analyze operational performance data to identify improvement opportunities and cost-saving measures
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors, and business partners
• Lead negotiations and discussions with clients and suppliers to secure favorable terms
• Monitor budgets, operating expenses, revenue, and resource utilization to maintain financial health
• Review management reports and leverage business information to support strategic decision-making
• Establish and enhance company policies, procedures, and operational processes for efficiency
• Identify business risks and implement corrective and preventive actions to mitigate them
• Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety standards, and relevant regulations
• Lead recruitment, staff development, performance evaluations, and training programs
• Prepare comprehensive business and operational reports for senior management review
• Support business development by identifying new opportunities and maintaining key accounts
• Coordinate cross-departmental activities to ensure seamless execution of business operations
• Represent the company in meetings with customers, suppliers, and external stakeholders
• Provide senior management with actionable recommendations on business growth and resource planning
• Execute additional managerial duties as assigned by senior management
