Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth business functioning
• Allocate duties, work schedules, and manpower based on operational needs to optimize resource use
• Monitor staff attendance, productivity, performance, and work quality to maintain high standards
• Enforce compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and workplace safety requirements
• Coordinate communication and collaboration with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments
• Track work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within deadlines
• Conduct staff briefings and provide clear guidance on work procedures and service standards
• Assist in manpower planning and resource allocation to support operational demands
• Monitor the usage of company equipment, vehicles, materials, and other resources to prevent misuse
• Identify operational issues and coordinate effective solutions to resolve them promptly
• Manage customer feedback and escalates significant concerns to management for resolution
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, work assignments, inspections, incidents, and operational activities
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to inform management decisions
• Support management in monitoring operational costs and implementing efficiency improvements
• Facilitate staff training, onboarding, and performance evaluations to enhance team capabilities
• Conduct regular checks to ensure operational and service standards are consistently met
• Assist with audits, inspections, and the implementation of corrective actions to maintain compliance
• Recommend improvements to operational processes and workflows to optimize performance
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support business objectives
