Job summary

FLY JET PTE. LTD. is seeking an Executive to support and coordinate the company’s business and operational activities in Singapore.

The role involves analyzing operational requirements, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, preparing management reports, monitoring performance, and aiding in strategy and process improvements. The successful candidate will develop work plans, monitor metrics, prepare analyses, and assist in budgeting, resource allocation, and policy implementation

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee assigned business and operational activities to ensure smooth execution and alignment with company goals
• Analyse operational requirements and recommend effective solutions to management for improved performance
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, and operational procedures to optimize assigned functions
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, business partners, and internal departments to facilitate communication and project progress
• Monitor business performance metrics, operational targets, and service standards to identify areas for improvement
• Prepare and analyse operational, financial, and management reports to support informed decision-making
• Assist management in business planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency
• Review operational processes and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed within agreed timelines
• Support business development efforts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and business documents to support sales and marketing initiatives
• Evaluate business information and provide actionable recommendations to management
• Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and follow up on management decisions to ensure timely execution
• Assist in developing and implementing company policies and procedures to maintain operational consistency
• Monitor compliance with company requirements and applicable regulations to mitigate risks
• Support recruitment, staff development, training, and performance monitoring to build a capable workforce
• Identify operational risks and coordinate appropriate corrective actions to safeguard business continuity
• Liaise with external stakeholders on business and operational matters on behalf of the company
• Perform other professional and executive-level duties assigned by management to support organizational needs
