SG UPAY TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced senior operations leader to oversee the moving and transportation business, ensure smooth daily operations, and drive profitability.

You will develop strategic growth plans to expand local market share, manage full P&L, lead multi-site teams, and maintain key client and partner relationships while ensuring regulatory compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of senior management experience in moving/transportation/logistics.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability improvement.
• In-depth knowledge of regional transportation regulations and safety compliance rules.
• Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in full P&L and budget management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and cross-stakeholder negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute actionable strategic business plans.
• Prior experience managing multi-site service operations is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall daily operations of the moving and transportation business.
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans to expand local market share.
• Manage full P&L and deliver on annual revenue and profitability targets.
• Lead, mentor and develop cross-functional frontline and back-office management teams.
• Maintain strategic relationships with key clients, vendors and industry partners.
• Ensure full compliance with transportation regulations and workplace safety standards.
• Oversee company budget allocation and implement cost control across all departments.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and roll out continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead business development activities to acquire new residential and commercial clients.
• Report business performance to ownership/board and align with corporate objectives.
