Job summary

You will oversee an internal team, drive operational excellence, lead business development and client engagement initiatives, and ensure governance, pricing, and audits are aligned with strategic priorities, with significant autonomy and executive access.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in senior operational, client relationship, or management roles.
• Proven track record of running operations with autonomy.
• Strong judgement and discretion in executive-facing context.
• Excellent stakeholder management and time management.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic counsel translating vision into execution for the Managing Partner.
• Lead internal team and HR management across functions.
• Coordinate across operations, IT and client teams to streamline workflows.
• Oversee client relationships, service agreements, reviews and renewals.
• Represent the firm in external relationships with discretion.
