Job summary

You will manage enquiries, coordinate with internal teams, own cases end-to-end, build external partner relationships, and provide regular updates while driving process improvements in an insurance operations context.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in customer service, operations, relationship management, or insurance-related functions.
• Exposure to life insurance operations, including New Business, Policy Servicing, and/or Claims administration.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage internal and external parties effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently while taking ownership of issues and outcomes.
• A proactive and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational enquiries, requests, and feedback from distribution partners.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Own and manage cases from initiation through to resolution, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up.
• Build strong relationships with external partners to enhance collaboration and service delivery.
• Provide regular operational updates and facilitate training sessions for partner organisations.
• Address partner concerns proactively and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Support business and operational initiatives that contribute to organisational objectives.
