Job summary

MIRANDAH ASIA (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. invites an exceptional operator to serve as the Managing Partner's strategic and operational right hand in Singapore. This role blends leadership of the firm's day-to-day operations with co-ownership of key client relationships.

After training, you will have authority to shape systems, people, priorities, and the client experience, with access to leadership decisions and significant autonomy in a dynamic professional services setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in senior operational, client relationship, or management roles (relevant professional or legal background an advantage).
• A track record of running things — not just supporting them.
• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the Managing Partner's closest strategic counsel — translating vision into execution
• Managing an existing high-performing internal team, including human resource management
• Collaborating across operations, IT, and client-facing teams to streamline workflows
• Serving as key contact and senior liaison for major accounts
• Maintaining oversight of service agreements — tracking renewals, pricing, and recommending terms
• Reviewing client portfolios and consolidating feedback on volume, trends, and issues
• Coordinating client visits, business reviews, and commercial engagements
• Handling client feedback, concerns, and escalations with discretion and sound judgment
• Liaising with regional offices, partner firms, and international contacts on quality, pricing, and audits
• Representing the firm in external relationships where discretion and judgment matter
