Job summary

Caritas Singapore is seeking a Manager, Memberships to strengthen its presence through strategic public relations, communication, and marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will lead a Membership team and coordinate with member organisations across the Caritas Singapore Family.

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Business, or Communications.
• Proven ability to plan and execute programmes and events.
• Strong writing skills with attention to detail; experience in leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of strategies to foster relationships with member organisations and partners.
• Oversee programmes and events to enhance collaboration across stakeholders in the Caritas Singapore Family.
• Lead a small Membership team to manage membership applications, status, and affiliations.
• Build and manage relationships with member organisations and partners in the social service ecosystem.
• Provide secretariat support to the Caritas Singapore Membership Committee.
