Job summary

SCREAME PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned Media Manager to lead end-to-end media strategy and delivery for client projects. You will drive cross-channel campaigns, collaborate with creatives and vendors, and ensure on-time delivery with measurable results.

You will coordinate with directors to farm opportunities and grow existing accounts, while mentoring team members and delivering insightful performance analyses. A fast-paced, dynamic environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-5 years work experience in a media agency and have the maturity to manage a team of executives.
• Well versed in offline and digital platforms including print, outdoor, radio, magazines and online portals such as SEM, Programmatic, Facebook/Instagram, Outbrain.

Responsibilities

• Leads client servicing and ensures their needs are addressed.
• Attends client briefings or progress meetings and prepares briefs/background.
• Aligns communications practices with business goals and client KPIs/milestones.
• Develops and presents proposals, pitches and new business meetings in partnership with a director.
• Provides a clear brief with rationale and context to the project team.
• Monitors and manages campaigns to stay on plan and optimise performance.
• Provides insightful interim and post-campaign reports for future learnings.
