Job summary

SCREAME PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Media Manager who leads through line media communication strategies, ensures on-time delivery, and mentors project teams. You will farm current clients for new opportunities and support directors in pursuing new business while aligning campaigns with client KPIs.

The role requires 4–5 years in a media agency, strong knowledge of offline and digital channels, and adept negotiation with vendors, with ability to adapt to changing client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-5 years work experience in a media agency and have the maturity to manage a team of executives.
• Well versed in offline and digital platforms including offline media (print, outdoor, radio, magazines) and online (SEM, Programmatic, Facebook/Instagram, Outbrain).
• Experience with digital 3rd party ad serving.
• Able to articulate insights from numbers and tell a meaningful story to clients.

Responsibilities

• Leads the client servicing role and ensure their needs are always addressed.
• Attends client briefing or progress meetings and prepare briefs/background
• Aligns communications practices with business goals and client KPIs/milestones
• Develops and present proposals, pitches and new business meetings in partnership with a director
• Provides a clear brief, with rationale and context, to the project team and engage them in strategic objectives
• Monitors and manages on-going campaigns to ensure they are on plan and optimise for better performance.
• Provide insightful interim and post campaign report that can be used for learnings and future campaigns.
• Ensures that Clients are efficiently charged for the work the agency has performed
• Keeps updated on latest media developments and trends; upskill through self-learning or vendor workshops
• Guide executives to manage day-to-day executions and train them in media and client servicing fundamentals.
