Job summary

Canadian International School (CIS) Singapore is seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager who will drive CIS’s marketing and communications strategies to build brand awareness and position the organisation effectively.

Reporting to the Director of Communications, Marketing and Admissions, you will lead the marketing and communications teams, oversee campaigns, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives across channels, events, and publications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in communications and marketing.
• Experience with content, SEO, digital and paid media.
• Proven ability to lead campaigns and strategic plans.
• Excellent written English and strong writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and deadline-driven.
• Experience in the international school sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and communications strategies to build brand awareness.
• Oversee marketing and communications teams and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage marketing budget, ROI, and campaigns end-to-end.
• Coordinate CIS events, publications, and content planning.
• Develop alumni relations and promote CIS achievements.
• Oversee CRM marketing components and vendor relationships.
• Prepare marketing metrics reports and channel performance analyses.
• Develop and manage external press releases when needed.
