Job summary

The Singapore Island Country Club (SICC) invites applications for a Marketing Intern to support the Marketing Communications Department in planning and execution of marketing, communications, branding, sustainability and CSR initiatives.

He / She will gain hands‑on experience across marketing, events, digital communications, publications, design coordination and administrative functions while contributing to the promotion of The Singapore Island Country Club.

Qualifications

• Pursuing diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and producing marketing collaterals.
• Update content on website, mobile app and digital platforms.
• Prepare editorial content for Islander magazine and eDMs.
• Plan and execute Club events and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal departments for publicity details.
• Assist photography and videography at events.
• Maintain digital asset library.
• Research industry trends and partnership opportunities.
• Monitor marketing schedules and project trackers.
• Provide admin support to MarCom and coordinate with vendors.
• Ensure branding guidelines are followed.
