Job summary

The Civil Service Club (CSC) in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager, Marcomms to lead integrated marketing campaigns that promote memberships, facilities and programmes, coordinating with internal stakeholders, agencies and external partners.

You will manage CSC's communication channels, including email marketing and WorkPal, build partnerships with public service agencies, supervise the Marcomms team, and provide secretariat support for meetings.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, or related field with 4+ years marketing experience (Diploma holders: 6+ years).
• Strong understanding of integrated and digital marketing, social media, content marketing and brand communications.
• Strong copywriting and visual communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience leading or supervising a team; ability to coordinate with stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and market insights.
• Digitally savvy, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns with internal stakeholders, agencies, and partners.
• Grow CSC's public service outreach channels, including email marketing and WorkPal.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR and staff welfare reps across agencies.
• Supervise the Marcomms team and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Provide secretariat support for meetings and committees.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Marcomms Manager.
