• Confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Proficient in English and Chinese, written and verbal.
• MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pitches, proposals and tender submissions.
• Create and update profile sheets/CVs for lawyers; proofreading marketing literature.
• Draft communications for intranet, LinkedIn, and WeChat; weekly BD updates.
• Coordinate submissions for legal directories and awards.
