Job summary

Vantive in Singapore seeks a Program Lead to drive the plant’s margin improvement, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives. You will translate opportunities into measurable results by leading cross-functional execution with financial discipline and sustained benefit realization.

Responsibilities include governing the portfolio, building pipelines, developing business cases with ROI validation, and aligning stakeholders to accelerate decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or Business.
Advanced degree or Lean Six Sigma certification and/or PMP certification preferred.
8+ years of manufacturing, operations, or supply chain experience.
5+ years leading cross-functional programs.
Proven track record delivering productivity, cost, and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

Own and govern the annual and multi-year margin improvement portfolio.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of margin improvement and productivity opportunities.
Drive initiatives from concept to execution, benefit realization, and sustainment.
Set clear governance, cadence, ownership, milestones, risks, and escalation paths.
Provide concise leadership updates on progress, savings, risks, and decisions required.
