Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8+ years of manufacturing, operations, or supply chain experience.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional programs with proven productivity improvements.
• Lean Six Sigma and/or PMP certification preferred; strong financial and ROI skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern margin improvement portfolio across annual and multi-year horizons.
• Build a robust pipeline of margin and productivity opportunities.
• Lead initiatives from concept through benefits realization and sustainment.
• Set governance, cadence, ownership, milestones, risks, and escalation paths.
• Provide leadership updates on progress, savings, risks, and decisions.
• Develop business cases and investment proposals for strategic initiatives.
• Partner with Finance to validate savings, ROI, payback, and realization.
• Ensure benefits are measurable, auditable, and sustained.
• Align stakeholders across functions and accelerate decisions.

About the role

The Program Lead drives the plant's margin improvement, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives agenda. This role translates opportunities into measurable business results by leading cross-functional execution, ensuring financial discipline, and sustaining improvements across cost, productivity, service, quality, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own and govern the annual and multi-year margin improvement portfolio

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of margin improvement and productivity opportunities

• Drive initiatives from concept to execution, benefit realization, and sustainment

• Set clear governance, cadence, ownership, milestones, risks, and escalation paths

• Provide concise leadership updates on progress, savings, risks, and decisions required

• Develop business cases and investment proposals for strategic initiatives and margin improvement projects

• Partner with Finance to validate savings, ROI, payback, and benefit realization

• Ensure benefits are measurable, auditable, and sustained

• Align stakeholders, remove barriers, and accelerate decisions across functions

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field

• 8+ years of manufacturing, operations, or supply chain experience

• 5+ years leading cross-functional programs

• Proven track record delivering material productivity, cost, and operational performance improvements

• Margin improvement and productivity program leadership expertise

• Operational excellence, Lean, structured problem solving, and change execution capability

• Business case development, ROI analysis, and savings validation skills

• Advanced degree or Lean Six Sigma certification and/or PMP certification preferred
