Job summary

UCT is seeking a skilled SCM Project Manager in Singapore to drive strategic supply chain initiatives that optimize material margins, supplier base, and lead times. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design robust supply chain solutions, ensure production readiness for new and existing programs, and implement commodity strategies to improve margins and risk management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in supply chain or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Admin or Engineering.
• Proficient in Excel, data compilation and analysis.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; team player with strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic supply chain initiatives to optimize material costs and supplier base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design robust supply chain solutions.
• Drive lead-time reductions and production readiness for new and existing programs.
• Develop commodity strategies with the Commodity Management team to ensure margins and risk mitigation.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and propose alternate sourcing with business justification.
• Participate in NPI/project meetings and follow up on action items.
