You will oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of funding, analyse submissions, identify risks, and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Education in Business, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and financial reasoning skills.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and advanced spreadsheets.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work across technical, operational, and financial domains.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and governance over maintenance funding.
• Oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of maintenance funding.
• Analyse maintenance budget submissions and conduct variance and trend analysis.
