Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a driven finance professional with 1+ year of experience in investments and corporate development to support evaluation of strategic opportunities.

You will build models, perform valuation and due diligence, and work with senior management on M&A and growth initiatives. Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Investments, Corporate Finance, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Big 4 Deal Advisory / Transaction Services or Private Equity.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential investments, acquisitions, partnerships and other strategic business opportunities.
• Conduct company, industry and market research to support investment assessments and strategic decision-making.
• Build financial models, valuation analyses and feasibility studies for potential transactions and business opportunities.
• Support financial, commercial and operational due diligence with internal stakeholders, external advisors and counterparties.
• Assist with transaction execution, including preparation of investment papers, presentations, financial analysis and other deal-related materials.
• Analyse the financial and operational performance of existing businesses and investments, and identify opportunities for growth, improvement and value creation.
• Support corporate finance activities including capital allocation, funding analysis and evaluation of debt and equity financing options.
• Work closely with senior management on M&A, business expansion, strategic partnerships and other group-level initiatives.
