Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a driven professional to evaluate investments, participate in M&A, and support strategic business opportunities. You will conduct market research, build financial models, and prepare investment papers for due diligence and deal execution.

The role requires a Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience in investments or corporate finance, with strong Excel-based modelling and presentation skills.

Qualifications

Good understanding of financial statements and transaction analysis.

Responsibilities

Evaluate potential investments, acquisitions, partnerships and other strategic business opportunities.
Conduct company, industry and market research to support investment assessments and strategic decision-making.
Build financial models, valuation analyses and feasibility studies for potential transactions and business opportunities.
Support financial, commercial and operational due diligence, including coordination with internal stakeholders, external advisors and counterparties.
Assist with transaction execution, including preparation of investment papers, presentations, financial analysis and other deal-related materials.
Analyse the financial and operational performance of existing businesses and investments, and identify opportunities for growth, improvement and value creation.
Support corporate finance activities including capital allocation, funding analysis and evaluation of debt and equity financing options.
Work closely with senior management on M&A, business expansion, strategic partnerships and other group-level initiatives.
