PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated investment/ corporate development professional in Singapore.

The role involves evaluating potential investments, conducting market research and building financial models to support strategic decisions. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant experience in investments or corporate finance, with strong modelling and presentation skills. You will coordinate due diligence activities and contribute to deal execution and growth initiatives

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in Investments, Corporate Finance, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Big 4 Deal Advisory / Transaction Services or Private Equity.
Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Evaluate potential investments, acquisitions, partnerships and other strategic opportunities.
Conduct company, industry and market research to support investment assessments.
Build financial models, valuation analyses and feasibility studies for potential transactions.
Support due diligence with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
Assist with transaction execution including preparation of investment papers and analyses.
Analyse performance of existing businesses and identify opportunities for growth and value creation.
Support corporate finance activities including capital allocation and funding analysis.
Collaborate with senior management on M&A, expansion and strategic initiatives.
