Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in planning, operations, logistics, project coordination or supply chain functions.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good analytical, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and operational activities to support project and business requirements.
• Monitor inventory, material availability, and resource allocation to ensure smooth execution.
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners on scheduling, deliveries, and operational matters.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and tracking information to support decision-making.
• Support inventory control, stock reconciliation, and process compliance activities.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and workflow processes.
• Provide regular updates on planning, resource utilisation, and operational performance.
