Job summary

INGRASYS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Supply Chain Planner to coordinate demand, production schedules and delivery commitments for assigned customers at the Singapore site.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, at least 2 years’ experience, and strong Excel/data analysis skills. Office-based with 3-month training, then permanent shift pattern in an upcoming schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years in supply chain, planning, customer service, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with good problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Familiarity with SAP and MRP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison for assigned customer accounts, managing planning, delivery, and supply-related matters.
• Coordinate customer demand with production schedules and supply chain activities.
• Provide customers with regular updates on production schedules, order status, and delivery timelines.
• Track supply chain performance metrics and support root cause analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance planning accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Monitor production schedules and coordinate with internal stakeholders to fulfil delivery requirements.
