Job summary

FCS Careers Pte Ltd is recruiting a Logistics Assistant (Warehouse) for a global leader in logistics and supply chain solutions. You will drive end-to-end warehouse operations across Singapore with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities include receiving, storing, picking and dispatching goods, stock checks, safety compliance, and smooth handovers between shifts. A keen eye for detail and customer-oriented approach are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work experience in supply chain and logistics environments.
• Experience with warehouse and logistics processes.
• Adept at managing time to ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Customer-oriented with ability to handle stakeholders and complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Handle goods receiving, checking, labelling, storage, order picking, packing and outgoing dispatch.
• Manage stock including processing damage, shortages and recording errors.
• Perform regular stock counts and periodic inventory checks.
• Observe workplace safety and site security requirements.
• Carry out proper handover between shifts.
• Engage in other supporting tasks.
