Qualifikationen

• Minimum qualification: GCE O'Level, NITEC, Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in logistics, shipping, packing coordination, or manufacturing operations preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office (Excel) preferred.
• Good organisational and time management skills; detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to coordinate with multiple departments.

Aufgaben

• Review daily production schedules and coordinate with Production to identify items ready for packing and shipment.
• Plan and arrange daily packing activities based on schedules and delivery requirements.
• Ensure proper packing, labeling, and preparation for shipment per customer specs.
• Monitor packing progress and coordinate with departments to ensure timely orders.
