Job summary

Superior Multi-Packaging Limited in Singapore is seeking a Production Planner to oversee production planning, material planning and inventory control, coordinating across Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Sales, HR and Quality. You will schedule daily production, monitor progress, adjust plans based on demand and capacity, and ensure timely release of production orders.

Applicants should have GCE O Level/NITEC, Excel proficiency, 5+ years of experience, and flexibility for overtime; Mandarin is

Qualifications

GCE O Level/NITEC required.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Minimum 5 years of work experience.
Able to work additional hours when required.
Able to start work on short notice.
Mandarin proficiency is an advantage to facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking colleagues in the Production team.

Responsibilities

Prepare daily production schedules if needed.
Monitor production progress against the plan.
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Sales departments.
Adjust production schedules based on customer demand, machine availability, and material supply.
Ensure production orders are released on time.
Monitor raw material, packaging material and Components stock levels.
Generate material requirement reports.
Track inventory consumption and report shortages.
Create and issue production work orders.
Collect Daily production report and send to Sales dept.
