Job summary

City Developments Limited (CDL) is seeking an experienced leasing professional to drive occupancy and revenue through proactive business development and strong client management. You will oversee the full leasing cycle, from lead conversion to tenancy renewals, while building relationships with corporate clients, agencies, embassies, and partners.

The role requires a diploma or degree in real estate or related fields, 5+ years of leasing or business development experience, and a proven ability

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Hospitality, Business, or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of leasing, sales, or business development experience, preferably in serviced residences, hospitality, or residential leasing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of leasing processes and tenancy management.
• Results-driven, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy and revenue growth through effective leasing and business development initiatives.
• Lead and oversee all leasing activities, ensuring timely follow-up of enquiries and optimal conversion of leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, relocation agents, embassies, and other key business partners to drive sustainable business growth.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate lease terms, and manage lease renewals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and occupancy levels to recommend leasing strategies.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance tenant experience and maximise lead conversion.
• Drive initiatives to enhance Le Grove's brand presence, reputation, and guest satisfaction ratings.
• Prepare leasing proposals, tenancy agreements, and oversee end-to-end leasing administration.
