Job summary

CAREERALLY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to design and implement competency-based programs across the organization.

You will collaborate with business units to establish governance structures and lead the creation of competency frameworks aligned with adult learning principles. The role includes curating training pathways, organising flagship programmes, coordinating orientation sessions, and measuring programme effectiveness to drive continuous

• Degree in Human Resources or related certifications.
• Minimum 3 years in competency-based learning/framework development within HR.
• Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams and engage with diverse stakeholders.
