BTS Singapore is seeking a Consultant, Business Analyst to join our international consulting team and help turn ideas into executable client solutions. You will learn how client strategies work and shape leadership capabilities through design and delivery of people transformation programs.

In small teams you’ll run projects across industries, travel regionally up to 40–50% in peak periods, and partner with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Masters or a degree from a top university.
Open to outstanding recent graduates and early-career professionals with 1–2 years of experience.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of another Asian language is favorable.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Willingness to travel up to 40–50% during peak periods.

Responsabilités

Develop project leadership skills to become a key member of our international consulting team.
Design and project manage capability development programs on strategy, finance, leadership, and/or innovation.
Assist consultants in facilitating senior-level workshops and manage change in regional clients.
Contribute to client relationship management and help address new needs.
Use AI tools to research, analyze, and design client programs.
