Job summary

BTS Singapore seeks a Consultant, Business Analyst level to join our international consulting team. You will work with leaders from global corporations to understand their business and shape senior management capabilities, delivering people transformation projects in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

You will design capability development programs across strategy, finance, leadership and/or innovation, support senior-level workshops, and help manage change for blue-chip clients across

Qualifications

• An outstanding Masters or Degree from a top University augmented by skills in presentation, and financial or leadership analysis.
• Open to outstanding recent graduates as well as early-career professionals with 1-2 years of experience.
• Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of another Asian language will be looked upon favourably.
• Interest in finance, leadership, and innovation.
• Proven presentation and facilitation skills.
• A mature and professional demeanour.
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to connect with people and work collaboratively.
• Thorough knowledge of all Microsoft Office software packages.
• Demonstrated strong usage of, and curiosity about, AI tools (e.g. generative AI assistants), with an eagerness to experiment with and apply them to research, analysis, and the design of client programs.
• Interest and/or experience in consulting and entrepreneurship (case study competitions, consulting clubs, domestic/international travel, public speaking).
• Willingness to travel as needed (up to 40-50% of the time in peak periods).
• Preference is given to candidates currently based in Singapore.

• Contribute to client relationship management and help clients address new needs within their organisation. Every successful consultant at BTS is viewed as a valued strategic partner by the client.
• Use AI tools thoughtfully and creatively to work faster and smarter, from research and analysis to developing and refining client solutions.

Job description

As a Consultant, Business Analyst level at BTS Singapore, you will work with leaders from some of the world's leading corporations. You will learn how their business works and what their strategies are, and you will be shaping the leadership capabilities of their senior management.

We work in small teams to develop impactful learning solutions, such as customised business experiences or leadership simulations. We then facilitate learning journeys with our clients in a workshop setting that incorporates humour, fun, and competition.

There are no industry verticals at BTS, and you won't fly to the same city every week for three straight months, sitting in a spare cube at the client's office. You will work on multiple projects at one time, across different industries, and with different internal teams. You will travel to facilitate programs regionally, which could be up to 40-50% of the time in peak periods.

The rest of the time will be spent creating the amazing experiences we provide for our clients. Interviewing clients, conducting research and analysis, testing programs, and laughing laughing. This is accomplished in a team-based setting, where our entrepreneurial culture of freedom and responsibility empowers you to contribute from your first day. You will also progressively manage client relationships, find new clients and opportunities, and grow the careers of other BTSers.
