Job summary

Singtel is building an AI-first telco for the future and seeks a senior leader to head Risk & Compliance for Singtel Singapore. You’ll partner with OpCo leadership to identify and manage material risks, strengthen governance, and embed risk considerations in strategic decisions.

The role focuses on enterprise risk management, compliance, business continuity, and cross‑functional collaboration to support sustainable growth and resilience across the group.

Qualifications

• Degree in risk, finance, accounting or business fields.
• 10–15 years of experience in ERM, governance, compliance or related roles.
• Experience leading teams and driving organizational change.
• Experience implementing enterprise risk management frameworks and governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to OpCo leadership on strategic, emerging and operational risks.
• Lead enterprise risk management, governance and escalation across units.
• Oversee compliance obligations, BCM programmes and assurance activities.
• Lead and develop the OpCo Risk & Compliance team and collaborate with Group functions.
