Job summary

Singtel Group is seeking a Director of Cyber Security Governance, Risk and Assurance to lead the development and enforcement of group-wide cyber policies, standards, and assurance mechanisms. You will translate complex cyber risks into board-level narratives, govern policy exceptions, and drive risk-based decision making across Singtel’s operating companies and associates.

This senior leadership role requires strong regulatory insight, risk judgement, and the ability to engage with executives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce group-wide cyber governance policy standards across operating companies.
• Lead compliance assurance and continuous monitoring initiatives for cyber controls.
• Advise senior management and the Board on cybersecurity risk posture and material exposures.
• Oversee risk acceptance processes and policy exceptions with defined governance.
• Collaborate with auditors and external assessors on governance and assurance activities.
