Job summary

Singtel is seeking an experienced risk management leader to drive enterprise risk management, BCM and resilience initiatives across the group. You will collaborate with business and technology teams to identify, assess and report risks, influence governance and strengthen controls.

In this role, you will coordinate BIAs, define RC controls, and lead crisis preparedness while aligning with Group Risk & Compliance objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or Law.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in risk management, BCM or related functions.
• Experience in risk assessments, risk reporting and mitigation planning.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise risk management frameworks, policies and processes.
• Coordinate periodic risk assessments with stakeholders to identify key risks and mitigations.
• Analyse KRIs and provide insights to Management for decision-making.
• Prepare and consolidate risk reports and dashboards for governance committees.
• Monitor risk mitigation plans with risk owners and escalate gaps.
• Support BCM initiatives, BIAs, BCP reviews, and crisis management readiness.
• Collaborate across business units to strengthen risk governance and awareness.
