Job summary

Singtel Singapore invites a seasoned leader to head Group Risk & Compliance, shaping strategic risk, governance and regulatory oversight for the OpCo. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to embed risk discipline across strategy, investments and operations, driving resilient growth and responsible risk-taking.

Leading a high-performing team, you’ll champion risk ownership, assurance activities and Group-wide priorities, contributing to Singtel’s ambition of trusted, secure digital leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in risk, finance, accounting or business.
• 10–15 years in ERM, governance, compliance or related functions.
• Experience leading teams in a complex, multi‑business organisation.
• Proven ability to integrate risk into strategy and investments.
• Strong collaboration with senior leadership and Group functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the OpCo Risk & Compliance function with independent oversight and forward-looking insights.
• Strengthen enterprise risk governance, risk identification, assessment and mitigation.
• Ensure compliance obligations and BCM programmes are robust and effective.
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency and proactive risk management.
• Collaborate with Group GRC and OpCo leadership on risk priorities and transformation.
