You will partner with business leaders and SMEs to ensure programmes align with strategic objectives and drive measurable impact. The role requires 3+ years in learning & development, hands-on curriculum design, and vendor management, with a growth mindset and strong collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in learning & development.
• Hands-on curriculum or programme design/management.
• Experience in vendor management.
• Strong partnering skills to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end training needs analysis to spot skill gaps.
• Design and manage learning pathways, course schedules, and training calendars.
• Work with internal experts and external vendors to deliver training sessions.
• Assist in organizing flagship learning events and workshops.
• Track feedback and review training data to suggest improvements.
