Qualifications

• Advanced degree or postgraduate qualifications in Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, or Counselling.
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive clinical experience with leadership.
• Demonstrated success in leading service transformation and workforce development.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, care integration, and population health.

Responsibilities

• Lead A. Clinical Services and Strategic Leadership to drive integrated care and patient flow improvements.
• Oversee governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance within the department.
• Champion data-driven decision making through performance analytics and outcomes monitoring.
• Develop workforce strategies, capability building, and succession planning.
• Foster leadership development and staff engagement across multidisciplinary teams.
