Job summary

Twist Bioscience Corporation is seeking a Strategic Key Account Manager to own and grow critical NGS relationships across Singapore, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. You will manage the full deal cycle, develop strategic account plans, and collaborate with FAS and marketing to expand Twist's regional footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of commercial or key-account experience in NGS/genomics with track record in SG, Taiwan, and/or HK.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a pipeline of NGS customers, collaborators, and partners across the region, from first conversation through signed agreement.
• Own the full deal cycle — prospecting, negotiation, contract terms (including volume-based pricing), and closing.
• Develop and manage strategic account plans for your highest-value relationships, acting as a trusted partner.
• Partner with the Field Application Support (FAS) team to ensure customers receive technical guidance.
• Work with marketing to build Twist's brand and visibility in the region.
• Keep opportunities current in Salesforce, providing leadership with clear pipeline visibility.
• Operate within ISO 13485 and other regulatory requirements.
