Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading overseas/global projects.
• Experience managing system development and implementation projects, including vendor management.
• Hands-on experience in direct communication and negotiation with international clients.
• Fluent business English and Japanese communication required.

Responsibilities

• Lead global projects across retail and manufacturing to ensure end-to-end delivery.
• Plan and manage global business process standardization and system implementations, with timelines and issue resolution.
• Serve as primary contact for international clients, facilitating clear communication and negotiations in English and other languages.
• Manage external development partners to ensure progress, quality, and alignment with requirements.
