Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Business Support Analyst to drive a strategic project of medium complexity. You will work closely with the IT project team and internal stakeholders to ensure timely system delivery and effective requirements management.

You will document business direction, structure, processes and requirements, interact with users, collect and analyze data, and contribute to definition, testing, training, implementation and support of processes and systems.

Qualifications

Experience as a business support analyst on medium-scale projects.
Proficient in documenting business direction, structure, processes and requirements.
Experience coordinating with IT teams and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Serve as business support analyst for a strategic project of medium complexity.
Collaborate with IT project team and internal stakeholders to ensure timely system delivery.
Document business direction, structure, processes and requirements.
Interact with users to determine involvement, requirements, and interfaces.
Assist in collecting, consolidating and analyzing information and data.
Participate in definition, testing, training, implementation, and support of processes and systems.
Identify potential business risks and communicate them to the business.
Validate and report production errors to IT and ensure timely resolution.
Write, modify and implement efficient codes.
Compile monthly report and minutes of meeting.
