Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in Sales Support or related fields and a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Qualifications

• Identify and pursue prospects through cold calling, direct mailing, and referral programs.
• Conduct regular client meetings to ensure customer satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with partners to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with technical teams for contract fulfilment.
• Prepare and manage accurate sales quotations, renewal quotes, and tender documents.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales action plans to engage prospects and close deals.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with technical teams for contract fulfilment.
• Prepare and manage accurate sales quotations, renewal quotes, and tender documents.
• Maintain quotation records, ensure data accuracy, and generate relevant reports.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers, Presales, vendors, and distributors on pricing, quotations, product availability, and customer requests.
• Maintain sales documentation, quotation archives, and version control.
• Prepare sales, pipeline, and quotation reports.
