Job summary

Skubbs Private Limited is seeking an IT Project Manager/Coordinator to lead end-to-end delivery for multiple IT and digital projects across Southeast Asia. You will manage scope, resources, budgets, and risk while engaging with account managers, clients, technical teams, and finance to ensure project success from inception to completion.

The role requires a basic understanding of APIs, coding practices, and SDLC, with familiarity of cloud infrastructure (AWS) to support discussions and planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across different geographies.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in pre-sales solutioning, effort estimation, and client presentations.
• Solid budgeting, invoicing, and financial tracking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, esp. with C-level and regional teams.
• Experience in digital, SaaS, mobile apps, and AI-related business systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle management from initiation to closure.
• Drive delivery across concurrent IT/digital projects with scope, timeline, budget, and quality goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional and distributed teams (developers, designers, QA, analysts).
• Oversee documentation: requirements, user stories, timelines, change logs, risk registers.
• Collaborate with account managers in pre-sales to define scope and estimate effort.
• Work with finance to create quotations, pricing models, and change documentation.
• Ensure milestones are tracked and invoiced; monitor budget burn and costs.
• Lead client/stakeholder updates, steering meetings, and post-implementation reviews.
• Provide input to improve client systems and processes post-sale.
• Navigate Southeast Asia cultural/regulatory nuances for delivery models.
