Oversee project documentation including requirements, user stories, timelines, change logs, and risk registers using PM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Collaborate with account managers during the pre-sales phase to define scope, estimate effort, and prepare project plans and costings.

Engage directly with the finance team to create and review quotations, pricing models, and change request documentation.

Support proposal preparation, RFP responses, and client pitch materials with detailed project execution strategies.

Work with finance and delivery teams to ensure all project milestones are tracked and invoiced according to schedule.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and external partners, managing expectations and ensuring transparent communication.

Lead project update calls, steering committee meetings, and post-implementation reviews with internal and external stakeholders.

Provide consultative input and suggest improvements to client systems and processes as part of post-sales engagement and long-term relationship building.

Define project resourcing needs and manage allocation across regional and outsourced teams.

Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Support HR in onboarding regional team members and contractors as required by project scope.
