Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, engineering, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in pre-sales, estimation, and client presentations.
• Solid knowledge of project budgeting, invoicing, and financial tracking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with C-level teams.
• Experience in digital, SaaS, mobile apps and business systems such as AI/Chatbot.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle management from initiation through closure.
• Drive multiple IT/digital projects across SEA within scope, timeline, budget, quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional and regional teams of developers, designers, QA, analysts.
• Maintain project documentation, requirements, timelines, changes, risks.
• Collaborate with account managers during pre-sales for scope and costings.
• Engage with finance to create quotations, pricing models, change requests.
• Support proposal development and RFP responses with strategies.
• Track milestones and ensure invoicing is on schedule.
• Monitor budgets, resource costs, and change-revenue.
• Coordinate payment follow-ups with clients; manage expectations.
• Provide consultative input on client systems and processes.
• Define resourcing; mentor regional team members.
• Implement governance, KPIs, and continuous delivery improvements.
• Identify risks and implement proactive mitigations; manage changes.
