Job summary

Skubbs Group, a Singapore-based digital group, seeks an IT Project Manager/Coordinator to drive end-to-end delivery of multiple IT and digital projects across Southeast Asia. You will engage in pre-sales planning, resource and financial planning, and post-sales stakeholder management with account managers, clients, and regional teams.

The role requires understanding of APIs, SDLC, and cloud platforms like AWS, with strong communication to C-level and cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, engineering, or related field.
• PM experience leading cross‑functional teams across different geographies.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience in pre-sales, effort estimation, and client presentations.
• Budgeting, invoicing, and financial tracking proficiency.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with C-level and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from initiation through planning, execution, delivery, and closure.
• Coordinate cross-functional and geographically distributed teams including developers, designers, QA, and business analysts.
• Oversee project documentation including requirements, user stories, timelines, change logs, and risk registers.
• Collaborate with account managers during pre-sales to define scope, estimate effort, and prepare plans and costings.
• Work with finance to manage quotations, pricing models, and change requests.
• Lead project update calls, steering committee meetings, and post-implementation reviews.
• Provide consultative input to clients and align delivery with contractual obligations.
