Job summary

SCIENTE in Singapore seeks an experienced IT Procurement / Strategic Sourcing professional to support IT initiatives across a banking environment, focusing on contract review and negotiation with Procurement, Legal and IT stakeholders.

You will identify risks, advise on mitigations, and support supplier negotiations to achieve favorable commercial outcomes while ensuring compliance with the Bank's policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, IT or related discipline.
• Experience in IT procurement, strategic sourcing or IT contract management.
• Hands-on experience reviewing and negotiating IT contracts with suppliers.
• Understanding of procurement processes, contractual risks and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support IT procurement and contracting across a banking environment.
• Review and negotiate IT contracts with suppliers.
• Collaborate with Legal, IT and Procurement to understand requirements.
• Identify gaps and risks in contract terms and advise mitigation.
• Support supplier negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes and cost savings.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with Bank policies, processes and guidelines.
