Job summary

DBS Bank in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Sourcing professional to partner with the Tech COO and stakeholders on technology procurement, contract governance and value delivery. The role requires 8+ years of procurement experience and a strong track record of savings in a regulated environment.

You will develop strategies, drive third-party risk management, and oversee supplier engagements to ensure compliant, cost-effective outcomes across assigned categories.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with 8+ years in procurement delivering strategies and savings.
• Experience in indirect hardware and/or software tech procurement with team management preferred.
• Impeccable integrity with strong ownership and competitive drive.
• Strong understanding of strategic sourcing; can advise, sell and fulfill internal sourcing needs.
• Strong risk awareness; knowledge of third-party risk management and outsourcing governance in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Advise on Technology sourcing and procurement; governance oversight with contract owners.
• Develop contract/commercial strategies with Legal and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with procurement processes and 3rd party risk policies.
• Assess supplier engagements to safeguard supply chain and privacy.
• Build relationships to foster collaboration, governance and value delivery.
• Support efficiency initiatives including workflow optimization and category management deployment.
