Job summary

UARROW PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced IT PMO governance professional to manage complex portfolio controls, covering financial governance, resource capacity and delivery assurance in a Singapore-based role.

You will govern budgets, forecasting, RAID management and vendor governance while overseeing Agile/Scrum and Waterfall delivery, SIT/UAT, and release readiness. The role involves producing executive dashboards and audit evidence for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of IT PMO governance experience.
• Strong expertise in financial controls, resource forecasting, RAID management and vendor governance.
• Hands-on proficiency in MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, Confluence and advanced Excel automation.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall delivery, audit controls and senior stakeholder reporting.

Responsibilities

• Govern project budgets, forecasting, cost variances and portfolio KPIs.
• Optimise resource allocation, capacity planning and integrated project schedules.
• Manage RAID registers, vendor contracts, dependencies and change controls.
• Oversee Agile/Waterfall delivery, SIT/UAT, release readiness and implementation tracking.
• Produce executive dashboards, audit evidence and automated PMO reports.
