Job summary

UNISYNC SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced IT PMO/Portfolio Manager to oversee complex IT portfolio controls, ensuring financial governance, capacity planning and delivery assurance.

You will manage budgets, forecasts, RAID registers, vendor governance and agile/waterfall delivery, producing executive dashboards, audit evidence and periodic PMO reports for senior stakeholders. The role requires 10+ years in IT project management or PMO governance, with hands-on skills in MS Project,

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years IT PM/PMO governance experience.
• Strong expertise in financial controls, forecasting, RAID management and vendor governance.
• Proficient in MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, Confluence; advanced Excel automation.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall; audit controls and senior stakeholder reporting.
