Job summary

REGTECH INSIGHT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced IT project leader to manage complex portfolio controls across governance, capacity, delivery assurance, risk and audit compliance.

You will oversee budgets, resource planning, RAID, vendor governance, and reporting to senior stakeholders, using MS Project, Jira, SharePoint and Confluence to drive visibility and timely releases.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project management or PMO governance experience.
• Strong expertise in financial controls, resource forecasting, RAID management and vendor governance.
• Hands-on proficiency with MS Project, Jira, SharePoint and Confluence; advanced Excel automation.

Responsibilities

• Govern project budgets, forecasting, cost variances and portfolio KPIs.

Job Summary

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant IT project management or PMO governance experience.

• Hands-on proficiency in MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, Confluence and advanced Excel automation.


• Experience in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall delivery, audit controls and senior stakeholder reporting.
