5G-Starlink Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated IT leader to manage and advance the company’s technology strategy. The role involves bridging upper management with technical teams to ensure project goals are met and new technologies are implemented for competitive advantage.

You will develop departmental policies, assess technology integration to improve efficiency and cost savings, and steer IT roadmap planning while mentoring staff and aligning tech with business goals.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
Good understanding of both IT and business processes and the relationship between them.
Strong foundation in networking and systems administration.
Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy.
Ability to conduct technological analyses and research.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as liaison between upper management and technical staff to meet project goals.
Discover and implement new technologies for competitive advantage.
Develop policies and procedures for the department in line with best practices and legislation.
Determine if new technologies can be integrated to improve efficiency or cut costs.
Provide IT strategic planning and direction for the IT roadmap.
Lead product development from concept to market entry.
Build strong cross-functional relationships internally and externally.
Develop people through coaching and mentoring.
Align technical strategy with business goals.
Develop go-to-market strategies including pricing and channels.
Oversee design from conceptualization to production ramp-up with quality control.
